Our staff works to create communication between the seller and lender, specifically to aid in the process of negotiation in order to achieve reduced payoff, which will allow for the Seller to give clear title at closing. We work independent of the buyer. This ensures the commitment and confidentiality to the Seller(s) and the listing agent.
